Candle Care Ritual

Astro candles are crafted with the finest soy wax and premium ingredients.
To ensure your candle burns beautifully and safely, we recommend:

• On the first burn, allow the entire surface to fully melt. This prevents tunnelling and ensures an even burn throughout the life of your candle.

• Burn for approximately 2 hours at a time — no longer than 3 hours. Overburning may cause the vessel to overheat.

• After extinguishing the flame, gently centre and straighten the wick while the wax is still soft.

• Before each burn, trim the wick to ¼ inch to prevent smoke and promote a longer, cleaner burn.

• Discontinue use when approximately ¼ inch of wax remains at the bottom.

• Ideally, use a candle snuffer to extinguish the flame.

• Never leave a burning candle unattended.

• Never move a candle while it is lit or while the wax is liquid.

• Keep out of reach of children and pets.

• Keep away from anything that could catch fire.

 

Repurposing Your Ritual Vessel

Every Astro vessel is created to remain with you long after the flame has completed its work.

Once your candle has finished, gently remove any remaining wax using warm (not boiling) water, cleanse with mild soap, and dry with care.

Your vessel is ready for its second life —
as a crystal keeper, jewellery holder, sacred herb jar, miniature vase, or a quiet altar piece.
