Shipping Policy

Every Astro Magic Candle is handmade in small, sacred batches, crafted with intention and care. We aim to dispatch your order within 3–5 business days. During busy seasons (such as launches, full moons, or holidays), dispatch times may be slightly longer, but we will always keep you updated.

UK Shipping: 2–4 business days after dispatch (most orders arrive within 2-3 days).
 International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination, usually 7–14 business days.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. We cannot be held liable for lost parcels due to incorrect information.

  • Import duties and taxes (outside the UK) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • during peak seasons, delivery times may be extended.
